There’s a way to mimic a summer glow using just makeup (which you can read about here), but one of my favorite tricks for a glowy face starts with one ingredient.
Lately, my skin has been dry as the Sahara. I have eczema, which makes it about ten times worse than normal. Despite these issues, there are a few foundations that are my go-tos, even when my skin is feeling extra dry. So, without further ado, here are my favorite summer lip colors! Whether it’s a gloss, a bullet lipstick, or a liquid lipstick, all of these are perfect for summertime.

I need to put moisturizer on at least twice a day or my skin will begin to feel tight and dry as the Sahara. These products have really helped out with my dryness and the eczema on my face. I’ll admit – I’m a total Tarte junkie. They’re cruelty-free, paraben-free, and I just love their whole vibe. So today, I hit up my local Ulta and went crazy. Well, I got four things, but that’s actually pretty damn expensive!
Summer is here! And that means, regardless of your climate, that it’s time to get your glow on. Today I’m going to be showing you how I get bronzy and glowy for a summer’s day out, whether I have the dark tan or not.
This palette has been out for a couple months now, but I didn’t purchase it until about a couple weeks ago. I swatched the colors and was instantly drawn in by the beautiful, shimmery colors. Today I’m going to be doing some arm swatches with my fingers and a brush to show how they perform pigment-wise. But first, here’s what the palette itself looks like:
